Two Available Tracks

You can choose a track in Primary Care or Acute Care to realize your nursing career goals.

Focus on disease prevention, health promotion and the management of patients with multisystem health problems. Prepare for practice in primary care offices, occupational and health clinics, assisted-living facilities and long-term care settings.

Prepare to practice acute and chronic disease management to care for patients within various hospital areas, including urgent care, emergency room and subacute settings. Focus on populations with acute, critical and chronic illnesses, disabilities and injuries.

Today, our M.S.N. in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner program prepares you to serve adolescent to elderly populations as a nurse practitioner in acute or primary care settings.
